Exchange & Refund Policy
At EPTADERM, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should your order not fully meet your expectations, we invite you to review our policy below.
1. Important Condition for Claims:
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all refund or exchange claims must be supported by clear evidence at the time of delivery:
– Any issue (damage, leakage, missing or incorrect item) must be reported immediately to the courier upon delivery.
– Clear photos or videos must be taken while the courier is present.
– Claims submitted without real-time proof at delivery may not be accepted.
This measure ensures product integrity, hygiene standards, and fair handling of all requests.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
– The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– The request is made while receiving the package from the courier.
– The issue meets the requirements outlined in Section 1.
Claims that are not reported and documented at the time of delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange, due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Opened or used products.
– Items without original packaging or seals. – After the courier leaves.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
– You must inspect your order upon delivery.
– Any issue must be immediately reported to the courier.
– Clear photos must be taken at the time of delivery.
Once validated, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items:
– Exchanges are subject to product availability.
– If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
– Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect and properly reported at delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
– Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10] business days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our verified error.
6. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect and validated at delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
– Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
– Once dispatched, the order will fall under this policy.
